Today was an incredible day. I'm so happy to be spending some quality time with a group of students that will be leaving in five short months. The weather here in West Virginia is perfect. Cold but perfect. We actually had powder to ski on today and tomorrow we should see some snowfall. Many of theses seniors are skiing for the first time ever and they're picking things up quite well.
Nothing eventful to update you on except that I missed the Senior guys singing a little Fergalicious to the entire ski lodge in the karaoke competition. I was carving up the slopes while they were serenading the group. Hopefully we'll have some more entertainment tomorrow.
After a nice little dinner we're back at the hotel for a group time and then off to bed. We have some rookies when it comes to ski trip stamina. These guys and gals are dead tired. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. We managed to make it through a day of skiing without injury. One more day to go!
