When we were in our first couple of years of marriage we thought we needed to have all our Christmas decorations in the same theme. At the time we were on a very big snowman kick. Our stocking holders are snowmen; we received snowman gifts from people; our Christmas guest hand towels have snowmen on them. So when it came time to get our annual ornament that second Christmas we naturally thought "Snowman of course."
So here he is. Our simple little snowman from the year 2000. Looking back it wasn't really representative of our year but it does remind us of the silly things we focused on back then. Oh if we could have only known then what we know now. I wonder how dumb I'm going to seem in another ten years. Yikes.
